1 | The following URL should be used: |
2 | Agree to the tool Terms of Use |
3 | Click on “New” |
4 | Enter the required new object into the tool |
5 | Click on “View” to see the graph of the new object. If required, copy a screenshot that can be pasted into a document. |
6 | To export the management object click on “Export” and save the generated file. |
7 | If it is required to include a definition of the management object in an MS Word document then insert the contents of the table fields into an MS Word template document and save the document. |
Open an existing Management Object from MS Word document, display management object graph and export file NOTE .doc is not supported by this tool | |

3 | Click on “Import” and the “Browse…” MS Word file button. Select the MS Word file to import and click on the “Open” button. |
4 | Click on the “Upload TS” button. |
5 | If the MS Word document contains multiple objects then select the required management object to be loaded into the tool by clicking on the pull down selection box. Then click on the “Import” button. |
6 | The “View” page should display the management object graph. If required, copy a screenshot that can be pasted into a document. |
7 | To export the management object click on “Export” and save the generated DDF file. |
8 | To update the Management Object the MS Word document can be edited directly. The tool can then be used to generate an updated management object graph and DDF file. |

3 | Click on “Import” and the “Browse…” DDF file button. Select the DDF file to import and click on the “Open” button. |

6 | Click on “Editor” and make the required changes to the management object. |
7 | To export the management object click on “Export” and save the generated file. |
8 | If it is required to include a definition of the management object in an MS Word document then insert the contents of the table fields into an MS Word template document and save the document. |
